The constant growth of Casa Vinicola Zonin and the worldwide evolution of the marketplace have led the Zonin family and the Board of Directors to restructure the Board in order to make it more capable of standing up to today’s challenges. For this reason, during last week Board meeting two professional figures within the company were called upon to assume leadership positions of considerable importance: Domenico Zonin has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (Amministratore Delegato) of Casa Vinicola Zonin and Massimo Tuzzi takes on the new role of Chief Operating Officer (Direttore Generale). Domenico Zonin joined his family company in 1999 and over the course of time, his responsibilities within Casa Vinicola Zonin have grown and he has taken on a leadership role coordinating departments in charge of winemaking technology, production, purchasing and the strategic supervision of the family-owned estates and vineyards. Since 2013 he has been President of the Italian Confederation for Vines and Wines, President of Unione Italiana Vini,Vice-President of Valoritalia, and Vice-President of CEEV (Cornité Européen des Entreprises Vins). Massimo Tuzzi joined the Company in 2002 and holds the following positions: Director of the Board and International Director of Casa Vinicola Zonin S.p.a., Chief Executive Officer of Zonin USA Inc., and Sole Director of Zonin UK Ltd. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Italia del Gusto Consortium.
