Casa Vinicola Zonin Prestigious Account Division has recently developed and tested a new and successful concept called "Gastronomy Experience" for international press and head sommeliers from Michelin Star restaurants and top venues from different continents. Focus of this new activity is to introduce our Estates in a different way during a true gastronomy experience for our guests through a top quality tasting menu of food and wine.
The highlights of the first 3 days "menu trip" activity started with "La Carne" the 1st day - with a Meat Master Class with Dario Cecchini, one of the most famous butchers in the world - followed by "Il Pesce" the 2nd day - a fishing day with the local fishermen of Orbetello in a natural and sustainable lagune - and finished the 3rd day with "Il Dolce" - visiting the famous chocolate factory Amedei. The trip included in depth visits to our wineries CASTELLO D'ALBOLA in Chianti Classico and ROCCA DI MONTEMASSI in Maremma. The Estates were presented through their wines, with vertical tastings, blending games, delicious dishes, and much more.
Our guests did appreciate this new concept and in the upcoming months new Gastronomy Experiences will be proposed in other regions where we are present with our Estates . See attached the program leaflet of this first Gastronomy Experience.
